Join Actin Fishing for an exclusive boat trip to Strandabøen in the beautiful Hjørundfjord,
an isolated fjord farm with a unique history set in outstanding natural beauty.

Regardless of the season, the nature on Sunnmøre is fantastic – and from a boat, you can capture unique motifs that few others will have.

The trip starts and ends in Ålesund and lasts 6-8 hours, with a maximum number of participants of 24. During the voyage, you may want to try your luck at fishing or enjoy the moment and beautiful Norwegian nature. In the air, you can spot eagles and deer living on the mountainside below the majestic Sunnmøre Alps. The porpoises are permanent residents, and pilot and killer whales are frequent visitors.

At Strandabøen, we will serve you the best that the Sunnmøre nature can offer. We can grill venison meat, burgers or sausage – all based on ingredients from the steep mountainsides above us. We can also harvest from the fjord and enjoy crayfish, crab, lobster, salmon and anglerfish, among other things.

We can set the table in the boathouse and let a local chef prepare and serve the food. Good stories and descriptions of life by the fjord and some games are also part of the experience. Get ready for a real fjord adventure!
